In the case of an exchange, you must coordinate with us and send the item back to us by registered mail. The item you want to exchange will be sent back to you at no additional cost. In the case of a return, you can send the item back to us by registered mail and receive it back.

We provide a warranty on the jewelry and the jewelry plating for 12 months from the date of purchase.
The jewelry is made of brass with 14K micron gold plating or 925 silver.
In order to preserve the jewelry for a long time, it is advisable to avoid wearing the jewelry while bathing or doing sports activities, and to avoid direct contact with perfume and other skincare products. It is advisable to apply the perfume and then wear the jewelry and store it in a dry, closed place.
