Please read the store policy below to understand the terms of purchase, returns, shipping and other services.
1. Shipping Policy
Shipping within Israel:
Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days.
Estimated shipping time: up to 7 business days from the time of shipment.
Free shipping for orders over 300 NIS.
Customized products may require 14–21 business days to produce and ship.
International Shipping:
Orders are usually processed within 7–14 business days.
Estimated shipping time: up to 21 business days from the time of shipment.
Shipping Terms:
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors (such as holidays, shipping company delays, etc.).
A tracking number will be sent after the order is shipped.
Joolian is not responsible for delays or problems caused by the shipping company.
2. Return and Exchange Policy
Eligibility:
Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the product, under the following conditions:
The product has not been worn or used
The product is in the original packaging
A valid proof of purchase is attached
Non-returnable products:
Customized products
Gift cards or items on special offers
Products marked as final sale
Return process:
To begin the return process, please contact us via the contact page and indicate the order number.
After the return is approved, shipping instructions will be sent.
The cost of return shipping applies to the customer, unless the product was received damaged or improperly.
Refunds:
Returns will be approved and refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
A handling fee of 5% or up to 100 NIS (whichever is less) may apply.
Exchanges:
Exchanges will be processed as a new order after receipt and approval of the return.
3. Warranty Policy
Joolian provides a one-year limited warranty on all jewelry items.
Covered by the warranty:
Manufacturing defects
Assembly issues
Not covered by the warranty:
Natural wear and tear
Scratches or damage from improper use
Loss or theft
Water, perfume or chemical damage
To submit a warranty request, please send an email with your order number and photos of the defect. Requests are reviewed within 3 business days.
4. Jewelry Care Instructions
To ensure the longevity of your jewelry:
Avoid exposure to perfumes, lotions, and cleaning agents
Store jewelry in a dry place and in a sealed box
Clean gently with a soft, non-abrasive cloth
Although the jewelry is waterproof, prolonged contact with water is not recommended
5. Payment Policy
Available payment methods:
Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Isracard, etc.)
Joolian gift cards
All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment systems.
6. Order Cancellation
An order can be canceled within two hours of making the purchase.
After this time, the order is considered confirmed and may already be in process.
For urgent cancellation requests, please contact us as soon as possible.
7. Club Joolian
Accumulate 1 point for every 1 NIS purchased.
Redeem 1,000 points = 100 NIS discount on a future order.
Club members enjoy exclusive benefits, early access to new collections and special promotions.
Points are non-transferable and have no monetary value.

9. Law and Jurisdiction
All purchases are subject to the laws and regulations of the State of Israel.
In the event of a dispute, the courts of the Central District have jurisdiction.
